*All deposits are sent to your email through Square app. You will give us the required information for your invoice, by submitting your information below under registration section.
*Invoices are cancelled after 48 hours if not paid. Please only submit request when ready for your deposit. Cancelled invoices result in a service fee.
*Dates are booked first come first serve, when you pay your deposit your date is booked!
*Locations and dates are booked when someone from city pays their deposit. So if you don't see your city, reach out to us and set up a date!
*Local courses will be held at salon location in Southfield, MI.
*Trainings are booked 1 on 1 through the week at salon, most weekends are taken up with out of state trainings so if looking to do a weekend training will have to book a few months in advance if not training availability is open M-F with a 2 week notice. Trainings can be broken up in 2 days or all in 1 day.
OUT OF STATE:
*All out of state courses will be posted on our website and social media, if you want us to come somewhere that isn't posted reach out and set up a date! If doing a 1 on 1 course student will need to communicate with instructor about setting up location and details of their course.
*All dates posted are small group training dates which will be open for registration until classes are full.
*If you are looking to host a training at your salon or location please contact to discuss possible discounts and group rates!
*Students have up until 2 weeks before training date to register for courses pending course availability. Communicate with instructor to express interest in course and check available seating for your desired course and date. We put out dates if nobody from city registers we will replace date with another city so please express your interest to make sure we keep your date! Of course once we have students registered we will secure date and location!
*All cancelled invoices & classes will result in a $25 fee! Cancelled invoices can come from failure to complete payment in 48 hours from being sent or declined payments
*After sent invoice you have 48 hours to pay that invoice or invoice will be cancelled
*When we send you an invoice, you must call your bank first to make sure they will approve the large payment. We are in Michigan, a lot of our training courses are out of state so banks look at the large, out of state transaction and thinks it is not a valid charge and will sometimes decline the payment, failed payments costs us fees so call your bank first before paying to assure it will go through
*Exact location of training will not be disclosed until 72 hours before training or sooner when registration is closed to determine the class size
*It is up to the student to communicate with instructor to get the location to come to training session
*Workshops do not require license to take course. It is up to student to check their state licensing for services, every state is different, we provide a certification assuring that you have completed training on services.
*It is up to student to keep practicing the techniques taught in the course following the workshop to continue to enhance skills.
*If student still does not feel like they have caught on to technique, student will be allowed to attend class again when back in area pending available seating in course and small service fee.
*All courses will have model demonstrations. Students are required to have a model for course, if need assistance in finding models we can post on our social media pages and assist.
*Please double check with your instructor before recruiting your model to assure model is needed.
*In the case a model is not found for course instructor will perform services on student(s)
*Unfortunately Charm View does not issue refunds but we will try to accommodate student's requests and take into consideration any adjustments student may suggest. We will make sure that student receives all products for their course
*If student cannot make training course for any reason their supplies will be mailed to their shipping address.
*Courses can be rescheduled depending on course availability, service fee may apply.
*50% of student's deposit goes towards buying supplies and the remaining balance is for training costs.
*Charm View offers follow up sessions for any student that needs more attention after initial training session.
